Login to your hosting account and view the "MultiPHP INI Editor" page.

Select the domain you wish to enable PHP errors on.

Find the "display_errors" line and enable this option.

Scroll to the bottom of this page and hit "Apply".

PHP errors are now enabled.

To disable PHP errors, follow these same steps just switch the "display_errors" to off.
